Greyhound

Greyhound is not what it used to be whomever the owners are they are doing a huge disservice to the brand and have left many people disgruntled. Firstly the busdrivers are rude and do very little to assist. Secondly they don't communicate when there is a problem like currently we were meant to be in Pretoria at 7:15 we still outside Joburg at 06:28 no communication whatsoever. It's clear with the breakdowns happening with greyhound that buses are not being serviced. Customers pay on time but arrive late to their destinations inconvenience for the people picking people up. I loved greyhound absolutely disgusted. I will never ride this bus and again and anyone who appreciates their time not being wasted should never ride this bus ever. Disgusted they should rather shut down again.
