Greyhound awful service

I booked the greyhound bus from jhb to mtata via R56. It was such a horrible experience, firstly the service was bad. Not even once did the host come to check up on passengers or collect ******* or offer us tea during the trip. There were a group of men who were very loud and I believe they were drinking in the coach, and it was late at night so it was very disturbing. The coach was 2 hours late, they didn't apologize for this and we stopped for a very long time on each stop. It was a horrible and frustrating experience ever! Definitely not worth the money I paid, and I'd like to be reimbursed for the bad service and hopefully I won't ever have to use this coach again.
