Greyhound are u going down?

I booked my ticket to Durban from jhb. Well tick written 9.30pm than we still waiting for the bus as it's 11.15pm.. No one says anything to us. It's cold here in parkstation for the bus?? What a treatment from Greyhound 🤔 I have use this bus when I was 18yrs traveling to kzn n jozi.. Till 2day.. What is happening?
