Greyhound are running away from giving me my refund

I cannot believe the process I have had to go through just to get a refund - It has taken over a month and yesterday I spoke to someone and they said I should email everything Again which I did and now it's 12.49pm and I have had no feedback, the supervisor is NEVER available and I keep getting told someone will call me back! The fact that I have to put this all over social media just shows my frustration with this disgusting bus company I'm looking at the other reviews below and I'm NOT surprised that the only stars they get are 1 star! I WANT MY REFUND TODAY GREYHOUND!!!!!!! They keep running away and not answering any of my calls about my refund and i work with a high profile of clients that I will ensure to tell how disgusting greyhound is!
