Greyhound apparent dreamliner *****s

I am currently sitting on the greyhound bus at Montrose(halfway) for over an hour with no explanation as to why were waiting here. This apparent dream liner is a *****. Its over priced for wat we have received. I am travelling to Johannesburg with my 12 year old son and pregnant wife. The apparent dreamliner advertised reclining seats with leg rests which is one of reasons I paid the extra for this pathetic bus . I think there should be and investigation into this matter. Its false advertising. This bus still rates way after intercape bus lines in comparison with out the extra charge on this bus. This will definitely be our entire family's last trip with this coach lines . I am extremely dissatisfied at the poor quality of this apparent dreamliner. It seems dreamliner is just a word stuck on the sides of this bus to make the owners more money. So in a nut shell . Theres no leg rests , theres no tv/ movies , no charging points for cell phones and the same uncomfortable seats as every other bus. I would like a explanation as to why this bus tickets cost so much more.
