Greyhound and Citiliner

My daughter was supposed to leave Pretoria by 09h30 and the bus was delayed which arrived around 11h00 and when it arrived it had some mechanical problems and they had to wait for another bus from the depot,finally the bus arrived and what was supposed to be a +-3hrs trip turned into a never ending trip,the bus got stuck at Bela Bela and later got fixed and after a +-40km trip to Modimolle the bus was stuck again,now it is 18h59 on 29 March 2024,the bus is still stuck at Modimolle and thebus company still sees this as normal evrn when I talk to them on the phone,so if you want to use their services,do it at your own risk,for the whole day they didn't think about sending a replacement bus,only now they are making arrangements and are saying the replacement bus will be there around 21h00,mind you people still have to get transport from where the bus is going to drop them,what about their safety after the bus drops them,especially those that used the bus knowing that they will arrive on time to still get public transport to get home safely😔☹
