Greyhound

On the 6th Feb 2023 my daughter was traveling from east london to pretoria using greyhound bus. It started raining and there was water coming through the roof, this lead her luggage and other passangers luggage ro get wet and they were also wet.The passengers went to the driver to ask her to sort out this issue and he answer was that there is nothing he can do he is not a mechanic. They continued with the journey then in the middle of no where the driver stopped without informing the passengers and when they asked him he said there is a problem with the brake pads.
