I would like to express my concern on the poor service I received from Citiliner Plus. Firstly, the bus inside has a terrible smell that is just unpleasant to take in. Secondly, the charging ports aren’t working. Thirdly, on my way from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein the seat I was in was very uncomfortable. Mainly because the passenger seated in front of me reclined her seat all the way down of which I understand however I am a tall and big bone man so I had to be seated with my legs stretched wiped open the entire road. Fourthly, at the bus station the service is a 2/10. Me and some random lady were so lost and confused on which bus were meant for us. The lines were chaotic and there was none whatsoever assistance and guidance for travellers and passengers.

I hope this email finds you well and in future I hope to see the quality service I used to get when I was little travelling with a bus. Please make travelling on a bus fun and enjoyable once more.
