Well let me first start by saying it’s no the same as it was before Covid 19. I bought a ticket to Durban for R790 single expecting to travel in luxury boy was I wrong the bus was late no communication to say driver is running late the worst the bus broke down and we were left helpless for 7 hours and don’t try calling them for answers because you will be kept on hold till you hang up and still no updates or apology then finally the mechanic arrived took him about half hour to fix the bus took us to McDonalds and bought us meals only then we received an apology from the company. I will never use them again and advise anyone to think twice or the toilet stinks and runs out of water and there was no free Wi-Fi charging points not working so was the aircon no onboard entertainment
