A bus can't be +5hrs late and offer ZERO communication. Booked the 09h30 bus from Pretoria to Cape Town, only arrived around 15h00. Ladies behind the help desk and the customer service were no help at all, even the Facebook team... I might as well have taken a chicken bus. Never again using this bus!!! 🚮 GREYHOUND YOU CAN DO BETTER.
