Greyhound

I had a ticket booked on the 29th of November at 22:30 pm from PE to Cape Town. When the bus wasn't there at 23:00 pm I called and asked about the delay and was informed that the bus would be 6 hours late. No communication nothing. Bad service for not even communicating the delay.
