Greyhound

I cancelled 3 bus tickets on the 18th July 2025 and I was advised that refunds take 21 days, 21 days have passed and I have not received my refund. I have not received feedback on the progress of my refund, and when I call the call centre no one is able to give me a direct answer as to what is happening. This is really disappointing from Greyhound, a simple refund should not take this long.
