Good day,
I would like to complain about the following: 1. the delay encountered for a bus trip scheduled for today, 04 July 2024 from Pretoria to Pietermaritzburg that was supposed to depart at 17:30 pm. No updated information and reason(s) for the delay are provided.
2. The condition of the waiting area/office is appalling and unhygienically dirty. Please see the attached picture.
This is not proper customer care and very disappointing.

Your service is way below standard. Greyhound treats customers as trash but happy to take money from innocent people.

Old women and young children are standing outside in the cold weather, yet they have paid for the Greyhound bus service.
This is just ridiculous and inhumane. Let alone extremely unprofessional.
