Grayhound poor service

Very disappointed with Grayhound services. What is written on the ticket is not a true reflection of what happens after booking. The place written on the ticket where I was supposed to board was not it. It was 20km away,petrol attendant helped me. Secondly it was supposed to arrive at 08:30am,but now its 11:41am and Im an hour away.
