GOT SICK

Hi<br> <br> I'm complaining on behalf of my mother and aunt both senior citizens. <br> <br> They traveled from P.E to PTA on the 10th of September 2015. The aircon was off, my mother actually felt sick on the bus. The hostess wasn't very helpful and not friendly at all (especially the coloured ladies, I'm coloured btw). To add to the agony a bad smell came from the toilet.<br> <br> Very dissapointed
