Good service going down the drain

Booked a bus that was supposedly ment to departure @ 21:15 it only left markets station @22:15 I am disturbed about the condition of the bus clamped like sardines in 3 seater chairs, no charging points

I'm very dissatisfied with today's citiliner service ticket ref 10 B TCTQUE2T .
