Good service-focused staff!!!

Your Bloemfontein office has acceptable staff including a supervisor -- Anton -- with a good heart and very good interpersonal s****s!<br> <br> my story: girlfriend arrives late to a 15:20 bus, loses the ticket while awaiting next day&apos;s bus. With her ID in SasolSasolburg, couldn&apos;t get an affidavit as required to get a second ticket....cut short, after several calls later with the different staff answering my 100 questions in a friendly manner everytime, the supervisor tells me "don&apos;t worry, let her come in and once I can get proof that she didn&apos;t get on the bus I&apos;ll just take the penalty fee and get her another ticket". <br> <br> Right now she has her head layed on my lap in Sasolburg. Great service guys! Thanks a lot.<br> <br> If you ever see me on a different bus ... kindly ask someone to wake you up :).
