Geryhound and the ANC have alot in common!!!!

Terrible Customer Service and filthy coaches. Requested a refund on my return ticket due to Covid-19, its been waiting 25 working days and no money back. I have contacted the Refund department on numerous occasion asking for assistance with no luck. They are now not responding to my emails as i am following up on a daily basis. I used Greyhound often because i am not fond of flying but this has turned me off completely. Shocking
