GAve me a wet seat to travel from joburg to beaufort west on 27 October 2017

I was book to travelling frm joburg to beaufort west on 18:30 greyhound bus. When I arrive at my seat the host inform me that they wash the seat and they will put a blanket on seat. I complained about the problem and the give me a option to sit upstairs. I inform her that I will not go upstairs. I request a another blanket to put on the seat. Bad service. They that the seat was booked why did they wash the seat before departure. I have to pay the full amount to travel to my destination. This is bad services.
