Filthy and poor standards

I wouldn't want to re explain what happened. But it was in February 2015 when my brother and I were travelling with greyhound. It was infested with ****roaches, it started raining and it was leaking above my seat and had to change my seat and sit next o a stranger although my brother was in the same bus, last but not least .. We also broke down for about 3-4 hours. I wrote a report on hello Peter and still haven't received a response since?????!!!! Though hello Peter wants to send updates on new features.. When my query was never attended to. Please look back at my prev report. Don't better the hello Peter website.. If our issues cannot be attended. Then it's pointless. Hope yourll don't ignore this report once again. Pathetic and poor services from Greynound. Embarrassing and unbelievable to what they used to be. To add their seats smell like rotten toes... Aren't these buses assessed and cleaned properly. Shameful.
