Faulty seat 4D

The Dreamliner bus from Bulawayo to Johannesburg has a faulty seat thats on reclined mode. Imagine a 950 km journey with no back support. I was on seat number 4D. I bet it's been like that for sometime cause one client said he knew about.

What tops this appalling service is that even if you send them a complaint, they act as if they do not give a hoot. Mine was logged on Sunday 16 September but I have had no response to todate
