False adverti*****t... Bad service

I booked a bus for me and my 4 year old Greyhound dreamliner from dbn to pretoria 20/09/2019@ 21h15

The bus delayed and no1 communicated with us we had to wait there till the bus came and left just after 23:00, it was not even the dreamliner that i booked, we get to montrose and the and the driver was rushing us telling us its already late we have 15mins and this is not even the bus that we booked hr was jus called in he is doing us a favour to even stop....

The bus leaves we stop at a random place where the driver told us that we gonna wait 15 minutes for a bus thats coming from harrismith because its overloaded...

Then he drives off without checking if the door was closed until one guy knocked at their door as the bus goes to close the door....

These old buses are stuffy and my vhild is asthmatic she is blocked all the way

Now i have pre booked a shuttle from pta to mp and what happens when the bus gets delayed with no communication and the shuttle leaves me?

I honestly think we deserve to get the service we are paying for these drivers are making money off the road collecting ppl that have not booked for tickets at the station and we are being sacrificed at the end of the day....

Today was the worst bad service all around
