False advertising! Never again!

I booked for Dreamliner to Cape Town for 18h00 17/07. Only for them to give us a single deck. I booked a double deck for a reason. I have a knee injury and relatively tall. So single deck bus isn't ideal for someone my height. This is unacceptable. I'll never book with greyhound ever again.
