False advertising

<p>Greyhound posted on Black Friday that they have a 25% discount on all bus tickets. Till today after commenting on their Instagram page and making means to go to alternative pick and pay stores was I told that such a special does not reflect. It's a problem because that means it's false advertising and even after giving this courtesy to wait so long to hear from them they have not gotten back to me, even after posting another picture on Instagram, so they definitely overlooked my comment. I called Greyhound and to be referred to pick and pay. I would really appreciate it if something was done about this. It is really uncalled for. </p>
