False Advertising

I always travel using greyhound buses because without a doubt Greyhound buses have the best comfort and well I have never heard of any incidents or accidents involving their buses (personal opinion) BUT the service is sometimes bad and when it's bad, it gets VERY BAD.

I booked a ticket and booked a Greyhound bus for an evening travel from JHB to DBN and when the bus arrived it was Mega Couch.. So now I thought if I wanted to ride a Mega Couch I would've booked a Mega Couch but I wanted a Greyhound bus cause I wanted to ride a Greyhound bus. The bus was cranky, restless and had weird sounds throughout the trip.. worse and most uncomfortable 8hrs ever! well needless to say all the hostess could say was "I'm not sure what happened"

Sent a complaint and all I got a long history about Mega Couch being luxurious and 1st class of I don't care about cause I did not book a Mega Couch and least that could have been done is to tell me while making the booking so I get the chance to choose for myself on whether I'm okay with that or not but NOPE only get a surprise when it's too late to ask for a refund whatsoever.

2 times now that Greyhound has disappointed.. 1st the bus was late by a whole hour on the 18/12/2017 and now this, looks like it's becoming something normal now.

Still waiting for explanations for my recent ride and I am looking for compensation..
