False advertising

I booked a bus ticket at checkers, for a greyhound luxury bus. I paid R810 for it. I chose it because of the features mostly the ability to charge your phone as JHB to P.E is a distance. All greyhound luxury buses are believed to have that features, as it is advertised that way. The bus I'm on is a luxury but doesn't have thosef features. I am disappointed as this was advertised and I expected it on my bus which I'm traveling with.
