Failure to refund

I bought a ticket on the 14th February for the 18th February and later cancelled my ticket in the 17th February (over 24hrs before my trip). I haven't received my refund and they don't reply their emails and the agents don't have answers and the last call i made i was told that my reference doesn't appear in their end. I've even lost all hopes of being refunded.
