Failure to refund

I bought a ticket mid December but I unfortunately had to cancel it same day. I called them and I was told I will receive forms via email, of which I did the following day. I filled up the forms, returned them and I was told I'll be refunded within 21days. It's now close to 3 months and there's still no refund. I spend money everyday on calls and everyday I get different stories.
