Failure to pay refund

Greyhound is the worst bus service I have come across. I cancelled a ticket on the 16th of October and over a month later I still have not received my refund. Every day I call, I get told that I am on the schedule to be paid the next day. The next day comes but there is no payment. No manager wants to take my call and the poor people answering the calls have to deal with all the backlash. I would just like my money back. The money i paid for my ticket, I am not asking you to give me more than what I paid. Also just a side note, this is the second time I am posting on here and I still have not gotten a call from Greyhound itself with regards to these posts.
