Extremely poor service

Poor service. Ticket prices not comparable with the service rendered. Tickets are expensive yet the service we get is extremely poor. Every time the bus is delayed, boarding time extend to 2 hrs and further and the bus break down along the way which causes further frustration.

On the 2nd May 2023 I was supposed to depart at 23h35 from Trompsburg to PMB the bus arrived around 01h35, it broke down at Montrose at 06h00 on the next day and we arrived at about 14h30 instead of 09h30.

Today the 07th May 2023, we just received the delay notification message with no expected time and agents are rude and can't provide even a single response here at McDonald's bus terminals in PMB.

If the company is not willing to assist us with transport, they better close the business once and for all, we cannot tolerate this exploitation with our monies.
