Exploitation of clients

Good day<br> I bought bus tickets to Bloemfontein from Johannesburg which should be a relatively straight and this is what is assumed when purchasing a bus ticket for this route. <br> <br> The bus ticket was purchased for my elderly parents... The bus however went to Carltonville , Pochestroom ect right to Kimberely...this is completely unreasonable, not only are you talking about pensioners, they are also going to be to late to pick up pension money which was scheduled to be picked up today... Now the bus that left Johannesburg at 10 am will only reach Bloemfontein in the evening yet the ticket price was the same price as your other tickets.<br> <br> When purchasing the ticket I stipulated that it was two \elderly"people traveling and that they wanted the earliest possible bus as the needed to get home ( to Bloemfontein as early as possible).<br> <br> Please note that this is grounds for refund as I am completely unhappy with your service and the time it has wasted and I will most definitely be reluctant to use your service in future.
