Excellent Customer Service

I experienced excellent customer service from Nkulelo from the Greyhound call centre. I was frustrated about one of the buses being delayed for about 8 hours. Nkululeko went above expectation to calm me down and even move me to another coach with no fuss and admin to deal with. I just want to say thank you Nkululeko, I had a good and safe trip.
