ELDO Couches/ Greyhound death waiting to happen

Since Greyhound was taken by ELDO Couches the service they deliver to their client is as bad/ worst ever. I traveled to Cape Town and waited in Vanderbijyl Park stop for abus for 12:25pm which arrived 16:10pm. As if that was not enough I used the same coming back trying to give them the benefit of a doubt and the bus that I had to take was for 11:00 which arrived late yet again at 14:10. That was not all the bus drivers had to try and recover the time to reach Johannesburg. To top the cake we stopped in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night after 00:00am to take people who where in another bus to ours which was scary as we where not why such exchange was not done at their stop station for refreshments where it is safe. I urgent for anyone who value their lives to refrain from booking ELDO Couches and Greyhound altogether.
