Elderly abuse

My dad booked a 8am bus to Dbn. He has been waiting at Park Station since 8h15 this morning. Its now 11h36 and Eldo staff has not been able to assist him. He is an elderly man & needs assistance with his luggage. I am extremely disappointed at their service. Not happy how they treat paying customers & the elderly. You cannot leave passengers especially the elderly waiting for such a long time. Don't offer a service if you can't keep your promise.
