Drunk and rude driver

Travelling to Queenstown EC from Vanderbijlpark The time of departure was set to be 18:55 the bus only arrived at 18:29. The co driver / assistant driver was extremely rude and appeared to be drunk, had a very potent alcohol smell, he refused to assure my brother that I was in the correct bus, he swore at my brother telling him to shut up all because my brother wanted to be sure that I was in the correct bus, our ticket said citiliner would be picking me up instead greyhound showed up and that was the reason my brother needed clarity. He was extremely rude, I urge greyhound to take serious steps in addressing this issue, we trust you with our lives only for the driver to show up drunk, on a 9+ hours drive. I’m truly disappointed . Other people at the bus stop even took videos of him because his behaviour was appalling.
