Driver refused passenger to get into the alternative bus after a breakdown

I got into a Greyhound bus on the 4th April at 22H00 and this bus had a breakdown at the Villiers tolplaza and then there was a Citiliner wirh 10 available sits, we were asked if we wanted to fill the space. The driver then stopped us from getting on board due to the price difference. ...The time lost while waiting for another bus was worth more than the price difference. ..
