Driver put passengers at risk

I took a trip from Durban to Pretoria on 11 August 2017, we were delayed by 15 minutes as one of their staff were running late, we stopped at Montrose, after which the drivers swapped out. The new driver then starts eating lunch while driving, with no hands on the steering wheel! When we arrive in JHB, we then swapped to a people mover coach because the driver had an upset stomach.
