DON'T USE GREYHOUND BUSES THIS FESTIVE SEASON!!!!
Booked a bus for 8am and now being told that the bus will only pick me up at 9pm. i have work tomorrow but they don't care. PLEASE DONT USE THIS BULL**** BUS!!! YOU WILL WAIT FOR HOURS AND HOURS and the worst part is you need to keep calling in order to get an update they don't realise that the onus lies upon them to contact the client who procured their service

05 Dec 2022, 12:41imagine calling customer care and the system keeps kicking callers out of the line. You'll spend atleast 10min holding on the phone just to get an update on their horrible service whereby they sell specific times but can't stick to it
