Don't use greyhoud!

I had to cancel one of my trips to George. Did the cancelation and they informed me that I am eligible for a refund. I emailed them all the documents they requested about a month ago and nothing. I followed up atleast 8 times through emails without any responses. I have mailed Kuveshni, Papi, bookings, info, refund and service @ greyhound and no one responds. They just ignor and ***** your money.
