Dont try to help

<p>I called Greyhound to assist me in getting hold of my husband because he had forgotten his cellphone and i had to speak to him. I explained to yhe lady i needed to give him his collection details since he didnt have a phone. She said she can onli help if i hv a reference number. i explained i cudnt because he had booked amd not given me the mumber she said she cant help me then. i asked if she could at least ask the assistance to give him the details she said she can do nothinf for me. So much for good service at Greyhound</p>
