Don't think they will be on time or that you get what you paid for!!!

Greyhound busses break down and are late regularly. They then premium busses with normal busses that has little space to move. No apology afterwards and when asking if you can be refunded the difference between the premium and economy service, they just state that it is within their right to change busses. They then pretend they did you a favour to get you at your destination.
