Don't get fooled by Greyhound/Citiliner Bus Service

Greyhound's so-called luxury bus service (high prices for nothing). Here is my experince: We booked a trip to Mokopane however 2 of their buses got stuck in a single trip (in a space of 2 hours we got changed from one bus to another). We waited for more than 5-7 hours without any urgent help in Modimolle. Mind you I was with my 14 months old baby and my fiancee. They said they will REFUND me after 21 days and we are now approaching Day No.35. So good Good Luck fellow patrons if you still choose to travel with this arrogant Busliner.
