Don’t deliver promised service

The driver only allowed us to get out once during a 15 hour ride. The bathroom on the bus is unusable and we were not giving a chance to go to the bathroom at a stop even after putting it as a special request before the trip! Also the bus goes to unsafe stops for pickups and the driver gave himself stops without allowing the passengers out!
