Don't book cityliner/greyhound.

I had the worst experience today. I arrived at the pickup area at 7:43 and the bus was scheduled to leave at 8:35. When a cityliner bus finally arrived around 9:40 the told me that the my route is operated by a different bus and I had to go back home. The consultants are rude and not helpful. They claimed that they sent me an email to communicate the changes (I never received it). I sent an email detailing what happend and I attached a screenshot from my uber app to prove that it dropped me off at 7:43, but they are still not helping me. All I wanted was for them to at least reschedule my trip for tomorrow.
