DO NOT BOOK WITH GREYHOUND‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Our experience with Greyhound Cape Town has been incredibly frustrating. We've been waiting for our bus for over three hours and counting without any communication from the company, which has severely impacted our ability to get home on time. Considering their track record of not issuing refunds when they're at fault, we're hesitant to cancel the ride. Save yourselves the hassle and consider other options before booking with them.
