DO NOT BOOK GREYHOUND!

Worst experience ever! Greyhound people do not care about their customers. I used Greyhound bus on the 17th of September, my trip was from Johannesburg to Cape Town.

The bus was supposed to leave at 6pm and arrive in Cape Town at 1pm. The bus couldn’t leave on time because they were busy talking to people who didn’t have tickets.

We would often get lost. The driver would get out and ask for directions from people on the streets. Which led us to be 2 hours behind schedule.

That wasn’t the only problem, the rain water was leaking into our seats and got us wet inside the bus.

Right before Worcester the bus broke down. It was burning under! And that was 2pm we were supposed to be in Cape Town by then.

The bus arrived at 5pm. They did not help us with the bags we had to move our bags from the trailer to the new bus.

Keep in mind I’m supposed to be in Cape Town by 13:00pm; it’s 17:10pm I’m approaching Worcester.
