Disrespectful drivers and bad service

My 66 year old mom traveled from Kimberly to Cape Town and not only did the bus have no bathroom facilities but the driver refused to allow the passengers to make use of the bathrooms at the stops.. When my mom eventually confronted the driver, which was 6 hours later, and requested that the driver allow them a bathroom break, the bus driver then responded by telling my mom that she must not complain...what i can say is that this ****er can be lucky that i was not on the bus travelling with her because then things would have gotten extremely ugly and very fast...whatever happened to client satisfaction?!?!? What happened to excellent service delivery!?!? GREYHOUND, HERES MY NUMBER, GIVE ME A CALL!!! ***
