Disrespectful driver

Citiliner bus driver for 19:30 bus on 29 January 2021 to Durban left Johannesburg 15 minutes late, stopped at Montrose longer than 15 minutes as stated by himself and then had the audacity to shout that we are wasting his time gathering our belongings when we alighted the bus in Pietermaritzburg. He was shouting at us, as if we are the cause of his late arrival!
