Displeasure with Greyhound/Cityliner

If there were an option to choose from your star ratings it would be from hero to ZERO!! Greyhound South Africa you deserve a ZERO! I can't complain about your service because there is NO service. Your bus were delayed with four hours and your drivers were dismally missed informed about the route from Pretoria to Richardsbay. We were supposed to arrive in Richardsbay yesterday at 18h00 and I got off in Empangeni on Monday at 01H30 early morning. As a pensioner this was extremely dangerous as have mussed my next connection. This was my first experience driving a bus and this will also be my last. After several calls to your customer care you were ******** and full of lies. You are the only bus service with a permit to Richardsbay and have the monopoly therefore your total ignorance of your customer care. This incident will go viral.
