Dishonest while chasing the money

You book your the bus based on time amount and service. Greyhound sells tickets based on money. 9 hour trip turned Into 13hours. They don't tell you about any detours, 3 hour detour. No communication no service. The ticket office just says wait there the bus is coming. Without any further information given. While Busy calculating your trip time and making arrangements with your pick up, the next thing you are halfway toward Bloemfontein. Very irritating and dishonest. Never again and never will I suggest them to anyone and my suggestions go a long way. Customer first and money second
